Rachael Hewitt-Gray FCIPD MScHrd has been in Human Resources for 28 years, including holding HR Directorships. She has been providing an out sourced HR service to small and medium sized businesses for over 12 years. She has sat on Employment Tribunals for 15 years, hearing and making decisions on Employment Tribunal claims as part of the Judiciary Panel. Rachael’s knowledge and skills are underpinned by:
- Being a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development
- Holding a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development/Strategic Change Management
- Possessing Saville and Holdsworth (SHL) Psychometric Testing qualifications
- Having studied Law
- Being an ACAS trained mediator
By virtue of holding Non-Executive and Executive Board memberships she is able to offer supportive, knowledgable input to Directors and business owners.
